
We’re eager to get your display back up and running and resolve any technical issues your display may be experiencing. Most service calls can be handled quickly —without the customer needing to be home.
If you can, please describe the issue with your lighting display. The more information you share, the faster we can diagnose and fix the problem.
Before submitting, please check your GFCI outlet or internal breaker, as these are the most common causes of power interruptions. If a breaker has tripped inside your garage, that’s typically the only time we’d need home access.
In most cases, service calls are completed within 48 hours, and often the same day. Thank you for your help — we look forward to getting your holiday glow shining bright again!
Service requests received after 5:00 p.m. will be reviewed and addressed first thing the following morning at 8:00 a.m.
